The room was nice with a beautiful view. We had dinner in the restaurant. It wasn't over priced and tasted great. The coffee shop in the morning was also wonderful. My daughter loved the flower wall! Great spot and so many things to do within walking distance.

Everything in my room was clean, check in and out was easy, and the staff was very friendly. When I bought cereal in the lobby and couldn't get it to scan I was assisted quickly and wasn't treated like I was incompetent for not knowing how to work the system. I was all-in-all very impressed with the people employed here.

I thought I was booking a room at Crown Center, and I also thought that I was making a reservation directly with the hotel, but discovered later that it was via bookings.com. So that was all confusing.

The staff was very friendly and handled the fire alarm at 4am very well. Very comfortable bed and pillows, very spacious and parking in the garage was easy and convenient.

This is my favorite place to stay in Kansas City. Location is great, rooms are comfortable, staff is always super professional and friendly. I've been staying here for years. And they're dog friendly.

Very nice hotel in perfect downtown location! Had restaurants and clubs/bars in walking distance. Staff was so funny and friendly felt like I was talking to people i’ve known for forever! Booked this hotel for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and would definitely recommend!
